LOVE

How does one allow love to slip into his/her heart? I often wonder. I’m not sure if I allow love to be a part of my life. My truth is that love has to live with me, not I with it. The kind of love I am referring to is the affection for someone in an intimate, non-platonic, form. Intimate as in giving one’s self no hold bars, the kind of love that alter one’s logic, the kind of love that causes one to do something without asking or questioning, the kind of love that causes one not to care how long he/she knows someone before making love, the kind of love that causes one not to realize that he/she is sick, and the kind of love that causes one to be free.
Love, what is this specific kind of love?
